THE IDEA

About this project

A web application to create, store, search, edit and print professional resumes. Users fill one form, pick a template and get a print-ready resume that can be saved as PDF.

What this project does

  • Create, edit, delete and view resumes (CRUD)
  • 3 resume templates: Classic, Modern, Elegant
  • Search by name, job title or skill
  • Print / Save as PDF
  • SQLite database, no extra setup

What you need

Python 3.9 or above, pip, any modern web browser (Chrome / Firefox / Edge), VS Code or PyCharm (optional). Windows, Linux or macOS. 4 GB RAM.

How to run this project

Download and extract the ZIP. Open a terminal in the project folder. Run pip install -r requirements.txt Run python app.py Open http://127.0.0.1:5000 in your browser.
