THE IDEA

About this project

An online grievance system where students submit complaints (optionally anonymously), get a tracking ID and follow the status, while the admin reviews and updates complaints with remarks.

What you need

Python 3.9 or above, pip, any modern web browser (Chrome / Firefox / Edge), VS Code or PyCharm (optional). Windows, Linux or macOS. 4 GB RAM. Default admin password is admin123 (change using the ADMIN_PASSWORD environment variable).

How to run this project

Download and extract the ZIP. Open a terminal in the project folder. Run pip install -r requirements.txt Run python app.py Open http://127.0.0.1:5000 in your browser.
